255. 5c Grant single on cover from Washington May 7 1897 sent to Austria arrived at Wien 19.5.1897. Cover marked with CONGRES POSTAL UNIVERSEL DE WASHINGTON. The cover is partly mounted to a black background with maybe some kind of glue in a couple of spots without affecting front, but the arrival mark on the back can easily be spotted. Seems very fine quality.
