UPU. 11 stockbooks with 60 pages each (2 are missing a few pages), 3 albums and 1 folder, with sets and blocks and few FDCs, from different countries around the world in the period 1974/1999 with almost all **. The collector have left space for areas he never achieved, with different parts well filled and other parts not filled or sparcely filled with complete sets. Some imperforated sets spotted, as well as "Epreuves de luxe". After 1990 sparcely with 1999 ending with some blocks from China. A very clean and fine lot that should be inspected carefully!
