Better coll. to 2000 in 3 good Schaubek binders (volume 3 with pages to 2011, no stamps, + a 4th album with "Bob", foreign offices etc., very, very few stamps). Main section with numerous stamps, often well-filled, and many good and better stamps. Several either dubious cancels, or "as is" incl. unsigned 5 L Manzoni. Needs thorough viewing, much good condition, a period post-1960 often UM, while modern period mostly used. Missing pages for Parcel and postage due, etc.
