ST. LUCIA. Very good and genuine section with QV issues 1860-1898 on four pages, with regular issues and a very uncommon range with fiscals used as stamps. An inventory list is present with notations from Michel 2004, and a total of some €4600. Condition way above for this period, but we have not checked if all are correctly identified.
